GPS is excited to announce that a local client in Mira Loma, CA is hiring for a Recruiter position. The ideal candidate has a proven track record at a past company in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources/Recruiting related positions.
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Requires computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and various HRIS applications.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English to understand instructions, safety rules, and communicate with team members.
• Able to work regular business days & hours.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bilingual Spanish
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant human resources experience.
