GPS is excited to announce that a local client in Moore, OK is hiring for Human Resources Coordinator. The ideal candidate has a proven track record at a past company in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to two years' experience in Human Resources related positions.
• General knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing equal employment opportunity and civil rights, occupational safety and health, worker's compensation, wage and hour issues, and labor relations.
• Requires computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and various HRIS applications.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English to understand instructions, safety rules, and communicate with team members.
• Able to work regular business days & hours.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bilingual Spanish
• 2-3 years of relevant human resources experience
