What you need to know:
-This is a FOOD production warehouse.
-NO experience needed, full training first 1-2 weeks
-Working schedule is:
2 Shifts available:
1rs Shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm / Mon - Fri
Salary: $15 an hour
2nd Shift: 2pm - 10:30 / Mon - Fri
Salary: $16 an hour
-OVERTIME is currently needed several times throughout the week and most Saturdays
Dress code:
-Hard hat, hair net, work vest, steel toe boots.
-Jewelry and/or piercings not allowed inside facility
Responsibilities:
1. Cooking guts aid
-They will be in charge of cooking the guts and seasoning them.
-They will work with fat.
-Must be able to lift 45-55 pounds and be able to work in a hot environment.
2. Cooking aid Pico / Chiles
-Add all the flavor of the seasonings to the meat that has already been processed in the cutting machine.
-Cook the picadillo for the tamales.
-Must be able to lift 45-55 pounds and be able to work in a hot environment.
3. Carnitas Cooking Aid
-The carnitas that come out pre-cooked and cut from the machine are cooked and the filled tubs are transferred to the cooking site and a pressure hose with hot oil is placed inside to cook the carnitas.
-Must be able to lift 45-55 pounds and be able to work in a hot environment.
